It allows you to ask questions and gain insights. 🙋♀️
It helps you to know you are speaking with the right person. You stop wasting peoples time.
You can develop a better understanding of their needs.
You can ask for permission to follow up.
But the most important thing is you start to build that HUMAN connection.
